Historic Religious Building

The church of Santa Maria de Montblanc and Santa Maria Maggiore is a fourteenth-century Gothic church of large dimensions on a promontory which overlooks the historic city of Montblanc (Tarragona).

On the stairs to the temple you can admire a magnificent Renaissance cross with a pedestal of seven steps. The style of the main facade is baroque with Renaissance influences of the seventeenth century.
